Lucy Felthouse, a UK-based erotic romance author, explained how she stumbled into the genre when challenged to write an erotic story at university. The response was so encouraging that she made it her career!

She and Morgen chatted about working from home while juggling various writing projects alongside their 'day' jobs; editing in Morgen's case, the same for Lucy, as well as marketing and web design for other authors.

Lucy and Morgen touched on different writing genres, including romance and supernatural elements, and the use of pen names. They both enjoy the control that self-publishing allows, and discussed the challenges of marketing using social media, Amazon ads and Facebook ads, Morgen under two pen names, and the struggle to find time to write amidst managing their various tasks.

Reflecting on her writing process, Lucy mentioned how COVID and gardening have influenced some of her work. Her current work-in-progress is a Christmas romance book which will initially be available as a Kindle Unlimited (for the 90 days) then go 'wide'.
